Here you find our terms and conditions which form the basis of the contract between you and the villa owner and which will get signed on checking into the property.
- General -
The contract is between the client and the owner of the requested property in Ibiza, with the agency Villa Rental Ibiza as the mediator. - Formation of the contract -
Before making a booking please contact the property agent to make sure the house is available for the dates required. You are responsible for payment of the price of the full rental and the compliance of the members of your party with these conditions.
A binding reservation has been made on signing the contract and paying 50 per cent of the total amount as a holding deposit. - Payment and Rental Price -
Receipt and banking of any deposit does not constitute acceptance of any booking. A binding contract is made when the property agent issues a confirmation notice. The prices are in Euros and the rental period is weekly, unless otherwise stated. The property is let fully furnished. - Security Deposit -
A Security Deposit is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages and/or extra services not included in the rental. The security deposit will be returned to you on leaving the villa, provided there are no damages. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot determined immediately and exactly delays up to four weeks may be caused. - Number of people using the house -
The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated, except in the case of infants under two years of age. The property agent reserves the right to revoke the booking at their sole discretion. - Access -
The property agent and the owner of the villa and/or their representatives shall be allowed free access tot he house at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy for the purpose of maintenance or in case of emergencies, e. g. failure of any facilities - Your responsibilities -
You must keep the house and all furniture, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of hour holiday or stay. You are responsible for all damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during your occupation and will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the owner through the property agent in case of any damage. You are not responsible for the general functioning of the house, e.g. water pumps, pool, electricity, if it ceases to function during your stay the owner is obliged to fix it as soon as possible. - Liabilities -
We shall not be responsible for the death or personal injury of you or any person from your side occupying the villa, unless the injury results from the proven negligence of the villa owner. - Security and Valuables -
Any valuables left at the property are at your own risk. The property agent is not responsible for loss or breakage of your personal goods. As with all the rental properties in prime locations there is a risk of burglary. It is your responsibility to advise the property agent/owner immediately in case of burglary. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage due to theft or any security related incident however caused.
