Choose your Ibiza villa by filling in the enquiry form. We will contact you immediately providing prices and current availabilities. By sending your holding deposit you put a hold on your villa until you arrive. You will receive a written confirmation from us stating that your villa has been booked. On your arrival a Villa Rental Ibiza representative will meet you to hand you the keys and see you into your Ibiza villa. Also, when checking into the property you will sign a contract for the period of your stay which guarantees the terms and conditions agreed on.

Villa Rental Ibiza offers a 24 h, seven days a week phone service for any kind of emergency that might occur during your stay. Upon your arrival in Ibiza you will be met by one of our representatives who will show you to your villa, hand you keys and manuals to get familiar with the technical detaiils of the property you have rented. If you choose not to hire a car for your holiday, we gladly organize your transfers to get you around and back to your villa safe and sound at any time of day or night. For security reasons some of the villas listed in our catalogue bear a different name than the one chosen by the owner or shown in the local registers. This is to protect you and guarantee the maximum privacy possible for you and your travelling party throughout your stay. Villa Rental Ibiza is a legal rental agency operated by ARAM MILES IBIZA S.L: under the laws and regulation of Spain and the European Community. Our fiscal base are the Balearic Islands, you find all our details and V.A.T. number CIF: B-57653826 on our contact page. In order to prevent possible fraud in the rental sector, we recommend always to check twice if the company you do business has all the required fiscal and legal licenses. You can find out quickly by asking for a valid invoice for the service provided. Some of the additional services offered, such as car, motorbike and boat rentals, catering services or spa treatments are provided by different companies and therefore, cannot be invoiced by Villa Rental Ibiza but the companies which were hired for the services rendered. Even though Villa Rental Ibiza´s main activity is the lease of private properties in Ibiza, complete with additional concierge service, we do dispose of the occasional villa for sale in our portfolio of properties. We will only offer villas or plots of land with building licence though, if we are convinced that the price - value relation is in line with our policy to always guarantee your satisfaction. The employees of Villa Rental Ibiza have been living in Ibiza for many years, we are multilingual and have close relationship with many of the villa owners, who promote their private properties through us.
